Refund policy
When and how you can get a refund.
1. Try before you buy
A free preview lets you run OCR on your own files at no charge, so you can check the output quality before buying any credits.
2. What you’re buying
Credits are prepaid and consumable: one credit converts one subtitle frame, and credits never expire. Credits are only ever spent on jobs that succeed — a failed conversion never costs you anything.
3. 14-day refund on unused credits
If you buy a credit pack and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any of the credits from that purchase.
4. Used credits
Once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is non-refundable — the conversion has already run and the SRT been delivered. Any remaining credits stay on your account and never expire.
5. How refunds are processed
Paddle is our merchant of record, so all purchases and refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt (the order-confirmation email) to manage the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
6. Billing errors
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge — use the link in your Paddle receipt and we will put it right.
7. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
